Shipping & Delivery within New Zealand: Local courier 2 working day service charges
Your order will generally be processed within 24-48 hours of placing your order, we use Courier Post or NZ Couriers for fast & secure delivery for shipping within New Zealand Monday to Friday (business days), for rural delivery sometimes a third party is used. For a Saturday delivery please enquire, delivery fees apply for rural and Saturday delivery. Orders received after 3:00pm will be processed the next business day.
Please note that dates given for delivery are a best estimate and are given in good faith but are not to be treated as a condition of the sale. No claim shall be made by you on account of late delivery however caused. Late delivery shall not constitute a breach of this contract by us, and you shall not be entitled to cancel the contract because of late delivery. Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.

Note: Goods exported from New Zealand are exempt New Zealand GST. However VAT, GST, Duties and other Taxes applicable in the country of destination may be charged directly, by the relevant authority, to the importer (purchaser) please check your local regulations.
We offer three options – A International Courier or International Express Courier to send your parcels internationally, both have Tracking and signature required on delivery, or International Air – Our low cost non-tracked international sending option by Air to send parcels to over 220 destinations worldwide.
Parcels under NZ$2,000 in value are covered for loss or damage by the standard compensation. Parcels valued between NZ$2,000 and NZ$5,000 are classified as high risk items and can only be sent if additional compensation cover is purchased for 1.06% of the item’s declared value. Maximum size restrictions apply – maximum length + girth = 2m – maximum length of any side = 1.05m.

However, we can’t guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs, may take longer.
