Absolute Marine – Returns Policy
Peace of Mind Returns
We want you to shop with confidence. If the goods are not what you expected, we are happy to accept returns within 10 days of purchase (Retail customers) provided:
- Goods are in their original, unused condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect your items promptly upon receipt. Any visible damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by email; otherwise, a warranty or courier insurance claim may not be possible.
Faulty Items
If an item is found to be faulty, we will repair or replace it in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Additional Conditions for Trade Account Customers
- Change of mind returns are at Absolute Marine’s sole discretion and will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns are not accepted after 30 days from purchase.
- All returns require a completed Return Material Authorisation (RMA) prior to being sent back.
- Special order items (indented or non-stocked) cannot be returned unless faulty.
