Moulded in Glass filled Nylon 6 Polymer these hinges exhibit outstanding strength and are well suited for any marine application.
The primary cause of failure of plastic moulded hinges is a split on screw hole weld lines. To eliminate this problem our hinges are moulded as two solid parts and the mounting holes are drilled as a separate manual operation.
