Internal is 3 inch or 77mm, external 3-3/4 or 93mm, 1 ½ inch or 38mm deep
Designed and rebated to take a pipe clamp.
Actual measurements show that the rubber would fit on a pipe with a external diameter of 75mm and should stretch tightly onto a 80mm (OD) pipe.
