Internal 4inch or 100mm, external 4-1/2 inch or 118mm
Designed and rebated to take a pipe clamp.
Actual measurements show that the rubber would fit on a pipe with a external diameter of 100mm and should stretch tightly onto a 105mm (OD) pipe.
